For me, this mind-blowing recipe is an after Halloween special, but it has a lot of benefits that make it a great choice for your winter hot drink recipes collection.
Made by The Clean Eating Couple, and as its name reveals it’s a Paleo recipe that contains many healthy ingredients. My favorite thing about this recipe (besides that it has coffee in it) is that it’s flexible, you can replace some of the ingredients if you don’t have them or if you simply prefer another special taste, but if you use the exact same recipe you’ll be amazed by hos delicious it is!

I’ve been trying to use make more plant-based recipes during the quarantine when I discovered some magical seeds that make every hot drink recipe taste way better, and these seeds are Cardamom.

So I was looking for some Cardamom recipes when I found The Nourishing Gourmet’s Cardamom and honey milk and it’s just incredible as I imagined!

The honey and Cardamom mix gives it a special sweet taste. I make this recipe when I’m craving sugar during my detox days and since Cardamom is an excellent detoxifier it makes this recipe healthy and warming for winter days!

10. Coffee:

my favorite hot drink of all time! And not just winter. Yes, I’m aware that this is not a real recipe but I had to include coffee in this list because of many reasons. I can talk about coffee and its benefits for hours but I’ll save that for another post and stick to the fact that its anti-oxidants and its delicious flavor make a great choice for a cold winter morning.

you can choose any type of coffee you want, I personally prefer Arabica, doesn’t matter which brand as long as it’s a good quality coffee. I add a teaspoon of ground ginger and a ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to the coffee before starting the machine.
